CrossFit SISU exists to challenge people mentally and physically through functional fitness programs. We offer group and individual coaching, utilizing the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) performed at high intensity.
Our fitness program aims to improve your capacity in ten recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The result is comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality.
You won't find row after row of stationary bikes and machines. You will find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells and lots of open space used for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it is meant to move. Our tag line, "uncovering the illusion of fitness" says it all. Our workouts are all inclusive and deliver results that you make you better at life and sport.
You will never get bored. With our constantly varied programming you will rarely do the same workout twice. You will never have to worry about what to do, we design it all for you, and it's all scalable to meet the needs of any skill/fitness level. All workouts are designed to be less than one hour, so don't worry about hours per day to get into shape!

CrossFit SISU has grown to be the largest and most experienced CrossFit box in the West Metro. We had our first clients in a tiny garage back in 2009! We hold onto and cherish our humble beginnings within our diverse SISU Community. Through the years, we have learned how to meet all new athletes at their level, and make them better at everything they do. We offer safe, fun and effective CrossFit, ranging from the beginner to the seasoned competitive inspired athlete and everything in between.
