BüTT Camp

Don’t let the name fool you, this is not your momma’s booty sculpting jazzercise class from the 80’s. BüTT Camp class is a partner or team formatted WOD (workout of the day) that challenges individuals to work together to survive the “Butt” kicking.

You may encounter box jumps, partner burpees, kettlebell swings, sandbag runs, and more at BüTT Camp, but with your fellow SISU-ites working along side you, no workout is out of reach. Start the weekend off right with a solid workout with your SISU community. Don’t worry, whether you are a first timer or a seasoned vet, BüTT Camp class is for you. All are welcomed!
