Ages: 12-18

Program Goals

  • Increase strength, power, agility and athleticism.
  • Promote confidence, team work, and a strong work ethic
  • Utilize functional movements with proper technique that will aid in sports performance
  • Develop a broad range of work capacity to endure the full length of a sports season

Pricing: $69 per month (four sessions)
