Get in. Get out. Get fit. SISU-X is a 45 minute high intensity class focused on building strength and functional fitness without the barbell. With interval style workouts, SISU-X is made up of bodyweight movements and light weight exercises that challenge people of all fitness levels and abilities.

No barbell? No problem. Expect to use kettlebells, bodyweight movements, box jumps, and more in this challenging program. Seasoned vet or first timer, this class is perfect for fitness-seekers on the go.
