Summer Athlete Program

Age Group: 12-18

Dates: June 12th – August 25th

Program Goals:
• Increase strength, power, agility and athleticism
• Promote confidence, team work, and a strong work ethic
• Utilize functional movements with proper technique that will aid in sports performance
• Develop a broad range of work capacity to endure the full length of a sports season

Program Director, Sam Blank

Growing up in Winona, Minnesota, Sam developed a passion for team sports such as football, basketball, and baseball. He went on to play college basketball at Saint John’s University where he received a degree in Early Childhood Education. After college, he became a teacher. Currently, he is teaching 3rd grade in the Wayzata School District. He has been doing CrossFit for over two years and it has become a valuable part of his life. Thinking back to his experiences in athletics, his only regret is that he didn’t find CrossFit sooner. He firmly believes that CrossFit would have given him an edge early on. Sam is a true believer that CrossFit not only improves physical conditioning, but also mental toughness that is essential for success in any sport. The goal of the summer athlete program is to prepare athletes to perform at their highest potential and learn the key traits necessary be a champion in a safe and fun environment.

Pricing: $449 for the Summer
