He pursued a college hockey career at Bethel University where he captained his team his senior season.

How You Found Crossfit

“I found CrossFit by working out in my high school weight room. My good friend and workout partner introduced me to this extremely difficult workout program called CrossFit, which I initially hated. Over time I dove deeper into CrossFit and found my passion coaching and competing in the sport of fitness.”

Why You Coach

“I coach because I strive to help others be their best self. I strive to fight against the, ‘I can’t do that,’ and pursue the, ‘I can’t believe I just did that!’ moments. I love to serve others and desire to help athletes of all ages achieve their fitness goals.”
