At SISU, our nutritional approach is based on the idea of complete food freedom. We believe in boundaries, not restrictions, so no foods are off limits and guilt is off the menu. Most diets aren’t sustainable and can lead to a poor relationship with food and body image. Our chief aim is to tailor a personalized nutrition plan that is sustainable, enjoyable and effective. Our coaches teach you how to be successful now and give you the skills to keep making better food choices long term.
Our process starts with getting to know YOU – your goals, expectation, history, and interests. From there, your personal nutrition coach puts together a custom plan to fit your needs, and then it is time to get to work! You will track your meals and workouts and connect with your coach on a weekly basis. Meals plans are adjusted regularly for optimal results, and you will receive ongoing support, tips, instruction, and accountability!
